Tradition of design in Meopta

Longtime cooperation of Meopta with external designers has already lasted since 1958 - academical sculptor J. Sekora ( Meopton - projector 35 mm exhibited in Brusel on World´s Fair) 

First generation of stable designers - Danuse Mazurova ( projectors Meo 35, enlargers), academical sculptor Eduard Kupka ( 16 mm projectors, stereo binocular) - 1960s, established Design studio in Meopta.

In 1982 Ms Jana Vankova and academical sculptor Mr Jan Dvorak joined the design studio.
Jana Vankova works in Meopta in the design sphere till this time.  

Awards:

1986- Cena Ministerstva všeobecného strojírenství  za ?ešení „NEJLEPŠÍHO VÝROBKU RESORTU FMVS 1985" -Magnifying objective Meogon S 2,8/50

1993- „ Excellent design 93" - levelling set  Laser Meoplan - Design Jana Vankova, construction Emil Mertlik.

1997- „ Excellent design 97" - sports binocular Hermes 1 - Design Jana Vankova, construction  Ing. Karel Navrátil

2005- „ Excellent design 2005 - binocular Meostar B - Design Jana Vankova, Karel Cizmar.
